Encouragement

Hey ppl,

EOY is coming soon! So pls go and study! I must say that you guys have improved as a squad but I have to say this, you guys really need to improve on a lot of things, like discipline, respect etc. especially some people which I would not mention but I feel that as a squad u guys have improved but still need a lot of improvement. I hope that you people would stay on in NPCC as you guys have endured a year of training, sufferings but u guys too had fun! Its just about another year and a half before we become the CLs so people endure further. I know that is tough as I feel the same way, I know that NP is physically and mentally quite demanding but I believe that all of us that endure this together! Sometimes we just need some encouragement to do the best we can! So in activity if u see your friend, need some encouragement to carry on, just go up and say "Hey u can do it!" although it is a simple word but to others it might mean a lot! So here I am encouraging u guys, yes I know that sometimes I can be harsh but you guys got to understand that I don't have to be so harsh if u guys would listen to instructions and carry them out quickly. I really hope u guys would understand. Lastly, good luck to EOY!
