Hey ppl,
EOY is coming soon! So pls go and study! I must say that you guys have improved as a squad but I have to say this, you guys really need to improve on a lot of things, like discipline, respect etc. especially some people which I would not mention but I feel that as a squad u guys have improved but still need a lot of improvement. I hope that you people would stay on in NPCC as you guys have endured a year of training, sufferings but u guys too had fun! Its just about another year and a half before we become the CLs so people endure further. I know that is tough as I feel the same way, I know that NP is physically and mentally quite demanding but I believe that all of us that endure this together! Sometimes we just need some encouragement to do the best we can! So in activity if u see your friend, need some encouragement to carry on, just go up and say "Hey u can do it!" although it is a simple word but to others it might mean a lot! So here I am encouraging u guys, yes I know that sometimes I can be harsh but you guys got to understand that I don't have to be so harsh if u guys would listen to instructions and carry them out quickly. I really hope u guys would understand. Lastly, good luck to EOY!

Tomorow's activity would be Unit Games Day
Time:2.15pm
Venue:Service Road
Attire:Pt Kit and Full NPCC Uni, If u have problems with your Full Uni pls wear half or mufti. If still cannot then Pt kit. Tomorrow no excuse no time to wash or forgot to bring. I mean it. Fall in in Full NPCC Uni.
Pls come tomorow. 'Exciting' games, I jus kidding don't even know play what. I will be checking your uniform tomorrow pls do iron yr clothes and polish your boots.

Tomorrow's extra activity(15/09/10)
Hey ppl,
Pls stay back tomorrow from 3-3.30pm for extra activity, we would be playing some games to memorize each others' names, if u got suggestions for the games pls tell us tomorow. The following people pls kindly stay back from 3.30pm-4.25pm, we would tell u the reasons tomorrow:
1.Wei Quan(1GR)
2.Priscilla(1IT)
3.Wen Xuan(1FG)
Attire:Any thing u are wearing to school tomorrow.
Venue:The computer lab in front of the CL room.
Time:3pm-3.30pm
Others:Attendance is compulsory. A CL would be there. If u are not able to make it, pls write a parents' letter and pass it to me tomorrow at class 1LY at the CL room that block 2nd floor, language room any time would do, if I am not in, u can put on my table, put something on it, ask my classmates if u don't know where I sit.
Is there also anybody interested in taking over as AOIC(Assistant OIC), pls also stay back tomorrow after activity, if u can't make it but still interested pls inform me during activity tomorrow and last but not least, pls read the drills, uses of knots, PT songs which I have posted in the earlier posts. Bowline:

Hi sec1s, yor have been in npcc for around 8 months already. I really hope that yor can improve on your attitude. Though we may have just taken over your squad, but it wouldn't be long til we step down. We really hope that yor would be a bonded and elite squad. We may scold you, we may punish you. But that is because we hope that yor would improve. Your squad may be big, but it isn't hard for everyone to bond. Yor are a squad, and yor have to be together til the day yor pass out. Do organise squad outings alright (yor can invite us! ^^ Thrust me, we're very different in NP and outside NP). Your own classes are very big also, but I believe it isn't hard for yor to remember your classmates' names. So I'm sure yor would be able to remember your squadmates name. Try and remember all the pt songs, or at least some of them. In a few months time, your juniors will be coming in. Yor have to work hard to let your juniors look up on you. All of yor have potential, I can see that. Yor just have to work hard. EOY is coming, work hard alright. Jiayous.♥ Florence

Hi cadets,
Hey tomorows activity starts at 4 pm but pls fall in by 3.4
5pm cause I dont want u all to be late... Tomorow just bring PT kit and of course fall in in PT kit. Do join your teachers in the games :D ! Pls remember tomorow, there will be campcraft retest for the ones named in the earlier posts. Pls revise yr drills thxs. :D Brydan
