CLTC Schedule for 27 Jan and Reflection Link for 18 January 2012
Hi everybody...
Class IC, pls pass down this message and tell me when all those in ur class have receive this message.

The deadline for submission of the reflection is Thursday, 26th January 2012 at 2359 hrs.
As per usual practice, your squadmates should know that late reflections get no comments.
Do ensure that everyone in your squad have received the link for the reflections.
2. Please note the CLTC training schedule for 27 January.
Schedule for Friday, 27 January:
1430 Fall-In, Attendance Taking & Uniform Inspection
1445 Muster Parade
1500 Lesson 5 - Baton Drill
1600 Drill Revision (CLTs to highlight to CLs what drills they would like to revise)
1700 Physical Training
1800 Debrief
1815 Dismissal
From this upcoming CLTC onward, the Instructors will no longer take charge of the CLTs.
Since majority of the CLTs are not interested in learning from the Instructors, we shall spend our effort elsewhere.
We will continue to gather feedback from your CLs.
The Instructors will only return if we deem that the squad is finally interested to learn.
If any of the CLTs is not interested in the whole course, he/she may sound out and he/she will be pulled out from the course.
For the lesson plans that are supposed to be submitted on time, we will only vet and reply to them the day before the actual lesson if they are submitted late.
There is no point for us to waste our effort if you all cannot even put in the minimal effort to submit them on time.
